What Services/ Products do you offer?

Facility Design:

The Facility Design will take your vision and turn it into your dream office within the geometry constraints of your space. We are experts at packing 25lbs of medical into a 5lb office and have created 200 weekly visit offices in as little as 450 sq ft, and have created large multi-disciplinary practices upwards of 18000 sq ft. Giving the attention to detail to each and every project. We have even invested in the technology to allow you access to “Real Time Design” Where we can make changes with you live on the computer to explore the different ways we can lay out your clinic.


Experiential Facility Design (3D awesomeness):

Our experience in the experiential marketing field, working with brands like Geico, Stella Artois, American Express and Macy's has given us unique insight into what these big brands are doing to better connect with their patrons. We have taken that knowledge and implemented it into what we do for our customers. When we can connect you with your clientele through impactful design and experiences, your outside marketing costs go down and your internal referrals go up saving you money. We also give your staff the environment to excel and do more in less time and less space. This service allows you to experience the environment in 3D and make the appropriate changes to make sure it reflects your company and what you are delivering to the marketplace.

Custom Workstations:

Our medical workstations are designed specifically around you as the practitioner. Our Front Desks, Report Stations, treatment Room Workstations, and even our modular walls (just to name a few). Each system we fabricate is designed around your vision, the Design team will listen to the results you are trying to create and then recommend from the thousands of options the system that is right for you. Best of all, all products are designed to be modular, so you can take it with you when you move! Saving you thousands over the length of your practice career. Our products can be re-arranged in your future office, so if the geometry isn’t an exact replica or you need to re-arrange your existing office in the future, it’s possible! All items are manufactured in our own 20,000 sq ft facility ensuring consistency, quality, and that all of our products are proudly made in the USA.

Do I have to do everything at once?

The beauty of Breakthrough is that we can adapt our services to your unique situation. Some of our clients want to ensure the foundation of their practice is built properly, so they use us for the Facility Design in the beginning, later introducing the workstations in phases. Some clients opt to implement a package of our services and do the facility design, to lay out their office, and the workstations to outfit their clinic, recognizing that they can drastically decrease overhead with using our workstations. The option is completely up to you.

How do I get started?

Getting started is easy. Call our office and let’s set up some time between you and a member of our design team. In order to serve you best, our Wish list, and a floor plan of your facility will be most helpful. This will allow us to recommend products that will work in your clinic not only from a size and space standpoint, but from a budgetary standpoint as well. Photos of your facility are also a great way to get our design team into your office, so they can also make suggestions on what they see. Sometimes the smallest changes can make the big differences!

If looking for a facility when do I get started?

The sooner the better. Many people think if they want to double their practice they need to double the amount of area they rent in order to see the increased volume. This is not necessarily true. Call our design team before you start looking, then once we discuss what you envision for the practice we can make recommendations as to what size facility to look for. Geometry also helps determine the yield of a facility. Once you select a few locations, Breakthrough can do “Test Fits” of the facility before you sign on the dotted line so you know it will work.

How quick is the Return On Investment?

The return on the investment varies based on the office, and everyone should expect different results, all the legal caveats can be found in our terms and conditions, but its like anything in life, the more you put in, the more you get out! We see clients seeing an ROI before we even complete the design process and with workstations typically pay themselves back in a few months.
