The Problem

Jack Daniel’s needed a way to bring its bold, unmistakable brand presence to markets across the country. The goal was to create a repeatable, high-impact activation that could be deployed by local field teams—without sacrificing quality, consistency, or immersion.

This wasn’t a one-off build. It needed to work everywhere.


The Challenge

The ask came with a unique set of constraints:

  • Every activation had to be highly engaging and visually impactful

  • All elements needed to pack into a single crate for transport

  • Setup had to be fast, intuitive, and repeatable by field teams

  • Each toolkit required a clear production manual

  • Builds had to meet both interior and exterior use requirements

  • Execution timeline: just 6 weeks

On top of that, the program required managing hundreds of incoming assets weekly—each needing to be tracked, inspected, and staged with precision.


The Solution

We developed a fully integrated “Toolkit” system—a modular, turnkey activation designed for scalability without compromising the brand experience.

Our team handled:

  • Design refinement and engineering

  • Fabrication and graphic production

  • Custom crating for transport

  • Detailed production manuals for field teams

  • Full asset management and coordination

Working closely with our agency partner, we also transformed our shop into a central warehousing and staging hub, managing the flow of props and materials to ensure every kit shipped complete, accurate, and on time.

Each toolkit was designed as a cohesive experience, broken into three core environments:

1. The Throne

A bold, hero-driven photo moment designed to capture attention and create shareable content.

2. The Entrance & Porch

An immersive transition space that set the tone and invited guests into the brand world.

3. The Rock Salon

A rich, atmospheric environment that brought depth, storytelling, and authenticity to the experience.


Behind the scenes, our team coordinated:

  • Intake and inspection of hundreds of shipped items per week

  • Quality control for damage and quantity accuracy

  • Precise organization and packing of each crate

  • Alignment across multiple teams to meet the aggressive deadline

All components were engineered for speed, durability, and ease of assembly, ensuring seamless execution in the field.
